Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Villains Only, we're passionate about producing high-quality, bespoke apparel for our valued customers. We are a small business that functions on a made-to-order model, and as such, each product is uniquely crafted for each customer upon placing their order. This makes your order a truly one-of-a-kind.

Given the customised and tailored nature of our products, it is important to note that all sales are final.

We'd like to emphasize the following key policy points:

Returns: As each item is specifically made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty or there has been an error on our part. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and we will assist you accordingly. Damaged or defective items must be returned via the pre-paid shipping label provided before refund may be processed. Please note for items not damaged or defective in "good/as described" condition: unless the item is found to be faulty or an error has been made on our part, the responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer.

Refunds: We don't offer refunds on orders already put into production or shipped out. However, if you believe you've received a faulty product, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and decide on a course of action on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: Due to the customized nature of our products, we aren't able to offer cancellations once an order has been placed and our manufacturing process has begun.

Exchanges: Only faulty items are eligible for an exchange. We don't offer exchanges based on size or color as each product is made to order.

Rush Orders: Due to the time-intensive production process, we do not offer expedited or rush orders. NOTE: any "express or rush" option available for purchase in the shipping selection is for transit time only. This will not expedite production time, if you have any questions regarding this please reach out to us at info@villainsonly.co.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it. We recommend double-checking sizes and colors, as we won't be able to amend these once production has started.
